30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original condition. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at our support email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Damaged items due to misuse
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
